Popular Adult Star Anna Polly Passes Away During Intimate Encounter with Two Men

Adult star Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, also known as Anna Polly, has passed away.  

Reports indicate that the incident occurred while she was filming a threesome with two men on the balcony of an aparthotel courtyard in Nova Iguaçu, northwest of Rio de Janeiro.  

The cause of her death remains unknown, and no arrests have been made so far.  

However, the police homicide unit is reviewing hotel CCTV footage as part of the investigation and has already questioned hotel staff. Her phone has also been analyzed, but authorities have yet to determine the exact cause of her death.  

Investigators have described the case as “complex” and are keeping an open mind, considering both the possibility of an accident and foul play.
