I Encountered Jesus During My Satanic Prayers – Man
Riaan Swiegelaar, co-founder of The South African Satanic Church, has shared his remarkable experience of encountering Jesus Christ during a private satanic ritual.
In an interview with “Unpacked: The Second Chapter,” Swiegelaar discussed misconceptions about Satanism, explaining that the way people perceive Satanism is often different from how its practitioners see it.
He shared that he never imagined himself as a Satanist until he started exploring the Bible, which he claims deepened his understanding of the practice.
How he found out he was a satanist, he said: “One is born a satanist, you can’t make someone a satanist, I also had preconceived ideas of what satanism actually means and therefore i never thought I might be a satanist until i actually read the satanist bible and i recognize myself in it.

When asked if there is anything in the christian bible that resonates him, he said: “There is, there is a beautiful verse in John that says ‘Be still and know that I am God’ and that actually means that I as in me as in it’s within
“There is not peace for spiritual pipe dreams meaning that you have to be completely honest with your self, Satanism is very much a religion about the earthly that the Carnal the material world and there is not representation for satanism in south africa so that was first and foremost the reason why we founded the church we could not sit by Idly as satanism was discussed in the media wrongfully and satanist were accused of all sort of idious things going on in the country, we are not here to convert other people to satanism we are simply here to ask that we can practice our religion within our rights, within the laws of the country.”
talking about his life before he had an encounter with Jesus christ, he said: “As i look back on that time of my life and this was obviously before I had my encounter with christ, i was a very different person than i am now It says in the word of God um “Those who are in christ is in new creation” um i think that is in 2 corinthians and that is certainly true if i look back at my life at that time there was a lot of things going on there was also a lot of demonic oppression and that time of my life, It wasn’t just when i was involved in satanism It was also the 15years leading up to that completely not aware what i was missing out on because i didn’t know who God really was even when i was involved with a Christian church for a short period of time, um in my young days because there is certainly a difference between being religious and be part of a religion.
“As opposed to having met christ himself and having a personal relationship with Jesus It is two completely different things.
When asked if the claims that his church kills animals and humans were true, Riaan Swiegelaar responded, saying: “Yes absolutely um what i think we need to understand as well is that in satanism there is a lot of things that happens and all satanist that I have met all through my life and people that i am helping at the moment to get out of the occult they will all tell you the same type of things of what they have witnessed and what they have seen so i also think that what a lot of people didn’t know in the public was that the satanic south african church was pushing an agenda to whitewash satanism and to kind of keep things in the shadow and to basically do good public relations for satanism so i was one of those people and i was one of the spokes for satanism then and we were giving scripts by different people who were on the church council of the church what to say about satanism what to put out there that i have certainly witnessed a lot of things and Thank God that I can say i never witnessed or attended any type of human sacrifice rituals and that does not mean that does not happen because it does happen.
“But i myself have partaken and have witnessed things like animal sacrifices and the drinking of b**d and things like that so that is what happens and since i have gone through my salvation and my own deliverance i am sharing with people what the reality is about satanism and the amount of deception that is involved anf there is also a part where people can say how can human beings do these things but what we have to understand is that there is something at play here um the enemy deceives, the enemy lies the enemy steals, corrupts so people who are involved in those things that are engaging in those things they are completely under the control and influence of something else.
How he left the church, he said: “The south African satanic church was de-registered very early this year”

Speaking in Pidgin English, she said:
“I no come here to come compare nigeria to india, But some kind things wey i know say we no get You no the way we dey cry to our governmrnt wey dem no go do that kain thing for us, I talk about two things or three things some of una dey vex, someone talk say he dey nigeria he get light 24hours for the past 3years abi 4 years because he dey use solar”
She questioned whether everyone could afford to install solar power systems simply to compensate for unreliable electricity supply.
“Na everybody no fit buy solar? when person dey complain about government, dem no dey complain because for some of una get small money buy one of two things but we dey complain about some people wey no fit buy those this….. Make we dey talk about data, I dey buy data of 400 rupees every month and that 400 rupees (400×12= 4,800) na 4,800 recharge card i dey use for a year when you recharge that 400, you use am as data you go use am as normal call, there is nothing like enh this month recharge card did not reach one month Imagine some kain time wey you go recharge for full year wey no even reach 100,000 naira this money (4,800 rupees) no even reach 100,000 naira but na the money wey i dey use for data in a year, I go watch film use am con tire there is nothing like you use it too much they cut it
“Unlike nigeria wey dem go promise use 5gb for one week e no go reach 2 days e go finishdo you know what it means not to use 1,000 naira but better cloth for here (India) the 1,000 rupees na him dem dey take buy clothes and na the money the average baddies dey use buy clothes”

According to the narrator, Wasilat reportedly insisted that if others were afraid to record the masquerade, she would do so herself.
Translated from Yoruba, the narrator said:
“She went to record the Ololu Masquerade and posted the video on TikTok. She was boasting that the Ololu people said no one could record it, but she had successfully done it.”
The narrator further alleged that after sharing the video online, Wasilat later returned to the community, crying and claiming she was bleeding and asking people to help her.
The voice-over also claimed that traditional rites were later carried out as part of efforts to appease the masquerade.
