Retired Police Officer Arrested After Being Caught Conducting Stop-and-Search on the Road

A retired police officer, Linus Monday, has been arrested after being caught conducting an unauthorized stop-and-search operation.  

A photo of the incident shows Linus dressed in a police uniform, accompanied by an ID card bearing the number 6257.  

Reports indicate that the retired officer has since been taken into custody at a police division in the country.
