American football star Tim Tebow and his wife, Demi-Leigh Tebow, are thrilled to announce they are expecting their first child together.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Demi-Leigh shared their excitement, saying, “We are just so excited and so over the moon to be having a baby together.”

The couple’s love story began in 2018, and they tied the knot in 2020. This next chapter marks a joyous milestone in their journey together.

How she feels about being a mom for the first time, she said: “I’m so grateful because I just couldn’t imagine a better life partner to do life with first and foremost. 

“To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I’m so grateful that Tim is my husband… that we get to do parenting together.”

“I feel like every time I say, Tim’s going to be a dad! it feels so surreal,” 

The couple, who met in 2018 and married in 2020, are also preparing to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary on January 20.
