Traditional worshipper arrested for burning the Quran

A traditional worshipper, Balogun Aaba, has been arrested by the Nigerian Police in Ibadan after allegedly burning a copy of the Quran.

In a video posted on his Facebook page, Aaba was heard making controversial remarks, claiming that everything written in the Quran is false and filled with lies.

His actions sparked outrage within the Muslim community, leading to a petition filed against him by concerned Muslim groups.

It was also noted that Aaba had previously identified as a Christian before converting to traditional worship.
