Woman murdered by her ex-boyfriend 5 months after marrying her Lover

A Kenyan woman identified as Tracy Nyariki has tragically died after being killed in a car allegedly owned by her ex-boyfriend.  

Reports indicate that Tracy, who worked as a nurse, was found dead in the vehicle. Her ex-boyfriend, Nobert Matara, who is the primary suspect, has since been arrested.  

Speaking to Citizen TV, Tracy’s sisters, Diana Moraa and Mariana, shared how they discovered her death.

They described Tracy as the breadwinner of the family, having taken on the responsibility of caring for her siblings after their mother passed away in 2013. They remembered her as a kind, loving, caring, and hardworking person.  

According to the family, Tracy and Nobert had ended their relationship two years ago, but it is believed he killed her out of jealousy.  

Her death occurred just months after she tied the knot with her new partner in August.  

“She moved on with her life, and I think after Matara discovered that, he knew he had lost the chance to win her back again,” said her sister, Mariana.
