20yr old singer dies after undergoing massage

A 20-year-old pop star, Ping Chayada, has tragically passed away after suffering complications months following a massage.  

Ping initially sought the massage on October 5th to alleviate neck and shoulder pain. However, two days later, she began experiencing neck discomfort, which she initially dismissed as normal.  

Within a week, she felt numbness in her arm and returned to the same place for a second massage. After a third session, she developed more alarming symptoms, including tingling and itching in her fingers and numbness in her right leg.  

By October 30th, Ping visited the hospital for persistent neck pain and was prescribed medication on November 1st. Despite this, her condition worsened, leading to severe pain in her neck and legs and eventual paralysis, leaving her bedridden.  

Announcing what happened before her death on her facebook page, she said: “The first time I got a massage, my symptoms were normal.

“I went for another massage, the same therapist in the same room, this time twisting my neck.

“After two weeks, I started to have very, very tight pain to the point that I couldn’t lie on my back or stomach.

“I’ve been learning massage since I was a child. I really like massage.

“I thought it was just another side effect of the massage, this kind of body pain.

“I went again. But this new person massaged hard and it was swollen and bruised for a week.

“After that, I took medicine to relieve the symptoms all the time.

“I started to have an electric shock in my fingertips.

“The right side I realised was numb after the third round of massages.

“After another two weeks, I couldn’t lift my right arm.”

“I want to leave this as a lesson for anyone who really likes massage.”

“I will recover. I’m in so much pain.

“I want to work now. But now I’m just waiting for the right time.”

After medical examination, it was revealed that Ping Chayada suffered from transverse myelitis, a neurological disorder caused by inflammation of the spinal cord.  

Following her diagnosis, Ping received medication and was discharged on November 11th. However, her condition worsened, and on November 18th, she was rushed back to the hospital after experiencing severe body stiffness and a seizure.  

She was later moved to the intensive care unit on November 22nd after her condition deteriorated further. Tragically, Ping fell into a coma shortly after.  

On December 8th, Ping passed away due to septicemia, commonly known as blood poisoning.
