Former Chairman of Bank of China sentenced to death for collecting bribe
The former chairman of the Bank of China, Liu Liange, has been sentenced to death for accepting bribes amounting to 121 million yuan.
As part of the court’s ruling, Liu has been permanently stripped of his political rights, and all his assets will be confiscated.
Additionally, his illegal earnings will be recovered and handed over to the state treasury.
