Popular YouTuber, Miguel Vivanco is dead

29-year-old YouTuber Miguel Vivanco, also known as El Jasper, was found dead with signs of torture. His body was discovered on a road in Culiacán on November 23rd by his relatives.

The disturbing details of the crime include his eyes being covered with green tape, his body being handcuffed and wrapped in a sheet, and multiple bullet wounds.

Before his tragic death, Miguel was reportedly abducted from his home in the Quilá area of Sinaloa, Mexico, by a group of gunmen.

He was known for his friendship with another influencer, Marcos Eduardo Castro, also known as Markitos Toys. Both were linked to a criminal group in the area called ‘Los Chapitos.’

In September, Miguel was added to the the Office of Control of Foreign Assets (OFAC)list of sanctioned individuals under the illicit drugs program.

His rise to fame through TikTok and YouTube makes his murder even more shocking, and the identity of his killers remains a mystery.
