Bride dies 17days after her wedding

Tragedy struck just 17 days after a couple tied the knot, as the bride passed away unexpectedly.

Danielle Govett and Robert Farthing, both in their 40s, got married at a local registry office in Victoria, Australia.

According to Robert, Danielle woke up feeling dizzy one morning and decided to lie back down. Sadly, within 20 minutes, she passed away due to a blood clot that had already spread to her lungs.

Despite efforts to save her, nothing could be done

“She said help me, help me and I couldn’t do anything.

“That was the worst thing.” Robert told Dailymail

Robert shared that his late wife, Danielle, had always dreamed of working as a nurse at an aged care center before her untimely passing.

He mentioned that during their time together, Danielle never showed any signs of illness until shortly after their wedding day.

Expressing his grief, Robert revealed that he has been struggling to cope with her sudden death. He described Danielle as a kind-hearted person who always had a smile on her face.

“The hardest thing is being there at night knowing that there’s no one there. ” 

“I still feel like she’s just going to walk through the door.” Mr Farthing said. 

He added: “The coroner said there was a blood clot in her leg and that’s why she felt dizzy because it broke free.
