9month pregnant woman Missing days to Deliver her baby
A 25-year-old pregnant woman, Emma Baum, has been reported missing just days before she was due to give birth to her fourth child.
Emma, who was nine months pregnant, was last seen on October 10th in Gary, Indiana, while she went visiting her boyfriend, who is also the father of her unborn child, according to NBC Chicago. At the time of her disappearance, Emma did not have a working phone.

Emma’s sister, Abby Smith, described her as a vibrant and loving person. “My sister is beautiful. She’s energetic. She reaches for the sky just like a sunflower, which is her favorite,” she said.
Abby also shared the lengths her family has gone to in their search for Emma. “We have put our own lives at risk. We’ve run into abandoned houses, we’ve dug in dirt piles. At this point, we have done everything we can, and now we ask the public to please help us,” she pleaded.
The Gary Police Department stated they received a missing person report on October 28th, more than two weeks after Emma was last seen. Authorities have since searched three areas and conducted multiple interviews, but no arrests have been made.

Gary Police Commander Jack Hamady noted that Emma’s boyfriend, considered a suspect, is currently in custody on an unrelated matter. However, he has not been arrested in connection with Emma’s disappearance.
Emma’s family remains determined to find her. Her mother, Jamie Baum, said, “We’re always going to look for her. I’m never going to stop looking for her. My whole family will never stop looking for you, Emma.”
Abby added, “We love you, Emma. And if you can hear us, there is nothing that you have done to make any of us stop loving you.”
The family described Emma as having several tattoos, scars on her arm, and a habit of experimenting with different colored wigs.
They expressed their hope of having Emma home for Thanksgiving.
