My husband pays me $100 every week to cook and clean for him

A woman who left her job to become a traditional wife has shared that her husband pays her $100 to cook and clean for him. 

Alyssa explained that she met her husband, Tom, while they were both serving in the military. The two fell in love and eventually got married. 

Following their wedding, Alyssa chose to quit her job to focus on taking care of Tom and managing their home full-time.

In a interview with truly, she said: “My husband employs me to take care of the home,’ she told the publication. 

“It’s the best job I’ve ever had. I would probably be considered on his bankroll, he pays for my living.

“I encourage other women to pursue the same dynamic for their future financial success.

Alyssa, who is currently expecting her first child, shared that it was entirely her choice to stop working. 

Her husband, Tom, admitted he has not being in a traditional relationship, but once he experienced it, he came to appreciate its beauty.

He said: “‘I didn’t even know I wanted a traditional relationship. Honest to God,’ Tom added.

“Until I got into a relationship with Aly I didn’t even know how wonderful having a traditional relationship where there were gender separations was.

“I provide a home, protection, and provision. What I ask for in return is support and a clean house so that I can go out into the world and focus on the external world.

He added: “‘We got rid of all her credit cards, and we opened up new credit cards under my account and so now I can see all of her purchases,’ he revealed.

“She really doesn’t ask for a whole lot of stuff that she doesn’t need, she’s pretty financially disciplined.

Alyssa also expressed that she loves working from home, enjoying the freedom from having to explain absences or deal with job-related pressures. 

She added: “The alternative is going to an actual job with an actual boss. Keep in mind that’s a man that doesn’t care about you,’ she stated.

“After you clock out, you’re not on his mind. He would fire you tomorrow, my husband is not going to fire me tomorrow.
