I have not brushed my teeth, washed my hair and used deodorant for 4years

A woman revealed that she hasn’t brushed her teeth, used deodorant, or washed her hair in four years.

In a TikTok video, she explained that she stopped using toothpaste four years ago and now makes her own tooth powder instead.

“I quit using toothpaste 4years ago, I make my own tooth powder and it is the bomb and yes it healed some of my cavities and you can rejuvenate your cavities.” She said

She also suggested that instead of using toothpaste and deodorant, people could switch to natural minerals as replacements and replenish them in a more natural way.

“You can actually replace them with minerals and you can replenish them and alot of people don’t know that but you can do that and for my hair, i use baking soda and vinegar once in a couple months my hair is not greasy at all because i stopped washing it with shampoo crap at the store and that is what makes your hair greasy and then you have to keep washing it every single day you should not have to keep washing your hair my heair is so much healthier because i don’t wash it and my conditioner is vinegar its apple Cider vinegar or white vinegar it makes my hair soft and also clothes.” she added

“For the baking soda if i really need it maybe every two months but i dont really need it it also get dandruff like candle cap off your scalp.”

She also shared that she’s stopped using store-bought deodorant and now makes her own.

She added: “For the deodorant I make my own magnesium spray I make my own spray, I dont need deodorant and i also take chorophyll and that stops all the odor.”
