I Married A prisoner for love and not because of Trends- Lady

A woman named Y’tis has opened up about falling in love with a prisoner named Will.

In an interview with Truly, she explained that she and her husband face a lot of judgment from others because of their strong bond, despite him being a prisoner.

How she met her man, she said: “I met my husband will on a pin pal website and he is in prison I met in back in October 2022 my husband is in prison on one count of first degree robbery, nothing in particular drew me to the website I have always had a curious mind so I just ended up going there one day just out of curiosity we were just having normal conversation, we were still getting to know each other we have been together for 2yrs and we got married one year ago, it was not your typical proposal that any woman or girl has imagined growing up but it was nice it was sentimental and it definitely had a lot of meaning behind it.”

Y’tis also revealed that, even while in prison, her husband Will managed to buy her the dream car she had always wanted.

She added: “Will bought me my dream car that i have always wanted so he bought the car back in september of last year and i had been talking about this car for months and one day i came to see him and after a visit he had already go meet up with his best friend at a dealership that he worked at and yeah i had the car.

“I don’t know how he was able to afford the car at the same time i knew my husband does have a porter job in the facility that he is currently working at if there is anything that he shouldn’t be doing he knew that i won’t allow it for the most part i give my husband that role of being a provider and doing everything that just comes with just being a man while he is still in prison.”

How she feels when people mock her relationship with her husband, she said: “I face quite a lot of  judgement in the beginning ans still till this day now as i continue to share my relationship publicly 

“People judge my relationship because my husband is in prison.”
