Buy car for your mother before You buy car for your wife- Evangelist Ebuka Obi
Popular Nigerian evangelist, Ebuka Obi, has sparked discussion on social media with a sermon advising men to prioritize their mothers over their wives.
In a video that went viral, he suggested that men should focus on buying a car for their mothers before considering purchasing one for their wives
He said: “Any man who buys a car for his wife before providing one for his mother is ‘nothing short of a fool at 40.
“You want to buy a car for your wife while your mother doesn’t have one? If you do, you’re the fool at 40. Before you buy a car for your wife, buy one for your mom and even give her a driver. My conscience would remind me that someone raised me before I met my wife.”
He added: “Your wife will not take a bullet for you; she’ll be there crying, ‘Don’t kill us,’ but your mother will step forward, saying, Release that bullet on me instead And she means it. She would sacrifice herself to save her son.”
