My 6yr relationship with my boyfriend ended because me and my Twin are inseparable

Twins Mariam and Michelle, known as the “Double Dose Twins,” have shared how their strong bond affects their lives, especially when it comes to dating. 

In an interview with Truly, they revealed that they are so close that they can’t do things without each other’s help, and they find it difficult to let things go independently. 

This close relationship has negatively impacted their dating experiences, leading people to feel that they are “Weird”

“We mirror each other lifestyle from the time we wake up, the time we go to bed we work together, we are inseparable we have to always match very precisely on everything including hair makeup like we do the same nails with different colors.” Mariam said

She continued: “Us being twins in our bonds definitely has an effect on dating, they just think its weird, they don’t understand that it is not just a regular sibling, it is a twin like we are inseparable, we just jealous which is weird… that i come with an identical sister that she is going to be around all the time but you cannot look at her in that type of way .

Mariam also opened up about how her six-year relationship with her ex-boyfriend ended because of the strong bond she shares with her twin sister, Michelle. She explained that their close connection became a challenge in her relationship, as her ex struggled to understand and accept how inseparable she and her sister are.

“My 6yr relationship actually ended because he was extremely jealous of my sister he didn’t want us to double-do twins.” She added
