Woman dies after undergoing 6 cosmetic Surgeries in 8hours
A woman named Viviane Lira Monte, aged 24, tragically passed away after undergoing six cosmetic surgeries within an eight-hour period.
The surgeries took place on August 31st in Sobral, Ceará, Brazil, and were performed by a surgeon she had found online.
Viviane’s first surgery included liposuction on her tummy, arms, back, chin, and a breast reduction.
During the procedure, the surgeon also transferred fat to her bottom for a lip graft. After the surgery, she was discharged from the operating center and returned home just 15 hours later.
However, shortly after, her health took a turn for the worse. Her family reported that she began experiencing severe pain and was rushed to a local hospital. Doctors discovered that her blood pressure was collapsing, and she was transferred to another hospital, where she was placed in intensive care.
Sadly, after 22 days in the ICU, Viviane passed away on September 26th due to an abdominal infection that led to heart failure.
The Civil Police at the municipal police station in Sobral are now treating her death as suspicious and have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding it.
Narrating the ordeal, her husband said: “She vomited blood, recovered, but she was never stable.
“There was a lot of inflammation and infection because of the surgery.
“She couldn’t breathe, but they still managed to reanimate her, and they got her intubated, but she just couldn’t make it back.
“We saw her die little by little. It was 22 days of suffering without good news.
“Every day, she talked to us with a very weak voice and difficulty breathing. She knew she was dying.”
“She went to the surgeon just to do mammoplasty and lipo on her belly.
“But he persuaded her to do other things, saying she needed to do lipo on her arms and back as well.
“When she returned from the consultation, she said he would do more things because the doctor had made a better price and ensured that everything would work out.”
He also revealed that his wife paid the surgeon a sum of £42,000 in cash and he disappeared after Vivianne started having health issues.
“He saw that she was bad but went to Rio de Janeiro. He abandoned her and did not give her support.
“When I contacted him and said she was serious in the ICU, he said that she was going to be fine, that it was only a matter of time, that it would work out and calmed me down.
“The family feels it’s an injustice that he abandoned her to go travelling while she was in that situation.”

The man recording the video then explained the child’s age while speaking to viewers.
He could be heard saying: “Hello guys, this baby is not up till 1 year he is 9months, he is so amazing”
The footage prompted different reactions in the comments section, with some viewers expressing concern about the baby and suggesting that his parents should take him to a hospital for medical assessment.

The incident reportedly took place on Thursday, with both individuals receiving 100 strokes of the cane as punishment under Aceh’s Islamic regulations.
Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that formally implements Islamic criminal law, which includes regulations covering relationships and sexual conduct.
Photos from the punishment showed the woman being caned in public as officials carried out the sentence.
Her male partner was also seen receiving the punishment, with photographs showing him wincing as the cane struck him.
