Mum of 5 killed by her Dog weeks after the death of her daughter

A 34-year-old woman named Michelle Hempsted has tragically died after being attacked by her family dog, just weeks after the death of her daughter.

According to reports, Michelle was rushed to the hospital after the attack, but sadly, she did not survive. She had suffered a dog bite wound to her left upper arm. 

In the wake of this tragedy, a GoFundMe account has been created to help raise funds for Michelle’s burial. 

Liah Smith, who started the fundraiser, expressed the profound loss felt by those who knew Michelle, saying, “Michelle wasn’t just a mother to five beautiful children; she was a daughter, a friend, a neighbor, a big support system for the people around her, and undoubtedly the kindest soul to have crossed everyone’s paths.”

Liah also highlighted the overwhelming grief the family is experiencing, noting that within the span of just five weeks, they have had to endure the devastating losses of both Michelle and her daughter. “This passing was an awfully tragic time for Michelle and her family to endure. For something so harrowing to go through, they have not been able to reach a place of peace. Our hearts are shattered and broken,” she said.
