I have 10 wives, 98 children and 568 grandchildren, I don’t even know all their names
Mussa Hassaji, a man with 10 wives, 98 children, and 568 grandchildren, shared his story in an interview with Afrimax.
He began having children at 17, and despite the large number of offspring, he can differentiate them but doesn’t know all their names.
His family, including his wives and children, lives in the same compound.
Narrating, he said: “I can differentiate them but i don’t know their name, All the children i had given birth too are 98 i have had all those children with ten wives and they all live with me here, i gave birth to my firstborn when i was 17yrs old among all the children i gave birth too, some of them are married adults others are still young and are studying in high school so far i have 586 grandchildren, we were born as 2 children from our dad.”
He also revealed that he grew up in a low income family which made him drop out of school at grade 6th grade of primary school.
And during this times he grew up, he disclosed that when he met his wife, he got married to her when he was in extreme poverty because his father has nothing till the extent that he failed to give his wife family a dowry and due to this, he ventured into selling millet where he grew in his home town countryside village to sell in kampala, Uganda.
“But when i reached the 6th grade of primary school, my father failed to pay for me so i stopped there after a few years, i married my first wife when my father didnt have anything not even chicken or egg when he saw my bride he was happy with her and started going to friends and relatives asking for support to help me marry that girl I loved but no one helped him however i still live with that woman I used to see traders going to kampala carrying millet, one day i approached them and asked how they got money by selling millet therefore they told me the bags price and how they got it and sold it so i saw a cow’s head, bought it and sold it for 6,000 shillings and roasted it, i sold a piece of cow head and sold them on the streets, gained some money i used initially and bought three bags of millet.
He continued: “My father was impressed by the millet business and encouraged me to buy something else in Kampala and take it home and sell it to see the difference”
Has he finished paying the dowry of his first wife, he said: ” I still need to find the money to pay he dowry even so i tried my best because when i would meet someone selling selling chickens or ducks while i was looking for a millet i would buy them, the time came when i would buy for chickens sell them and buy a goat that way time by time i ended up having hundreds of goats also i sold goats bougt cows and exchange goats for cows until i got rich and had many cows from a man who came from nothing not even an egg the business was successful for me and my farm was quickly filled up therefore i started marrying more women because i had gotten the dowry for the first wives, I paid a dowry of three cows and 4 goats, for the second wife was the same and i paid small amount of money for the third one i realized that i was spending a big dowry because my cows was ending so fast so i changed and started paying a dowry of two cows when i reached the 6th woman, i thought and decided to look for something to support them.”
“Farming was successful and i had a good life back, The Life of selling cow meat brought me the opportunity and hope for parents to give their daughters to me, I kept marrying until i had 10 wives everywhere i went people told me that this man is a very hardworking man it would be better to give him my daughter and it would make me very happy to hear that however i didn’t know i was putting my self in trouble because the more wives i got, the more cows i had to offer, People still believe i would remarry again but i advised myself to stop before i realized i was a little old.

The incident reportedly took place on Thursday, with both individuals receiving 100 strokes of the cane as punishment under Aceh’s Islamic regulations.
Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that formally implements Islamic criminal law, which includes regulations covering relationships and sexual conduct.
Photos from the punishment showed the woman being caned in public as officials carried out the sentence.
Her male partner was also seen receiving the punishment, with photographs showing him wincing as the cane struck him.

The incident was shared by an X user identified as HassanMcOjwang, who called on Kenya’s Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and other authorities to intervene.
According to him, the woman had left her home because of alleged physical abuse from her husband and was later traced and forced to return to him.
Sharing the video on X, HassanMcOjwang tagged the DCI Kenya, National Police Service and other government officials while questioning why women continue to face such treatment.

The narrator said the woman’s shop was reportedly robbed, with the thieves making away with wigs and weavons said to be worth millions of naira.
Following the incident, the hairdresser reportedly vowed to recover her missing goods and find out who was behind the theft.

In a video shared on TikTok, Julia claimed that many wealthy men in Nigeria are not physically attractive and argued that, in some cases, money may be the major quality they have to offer.

In a interview with citizen Tv, She revealed that she had to work on a farm during her childhood to ensure her siblings had enough to eat for the day.
Life became difficult for her, prompting her to leave her village in Vihiga County and travel to Nairobi, kenya in search of better opportunities.
Unfortunately, she gave birth to all three of her children on the streets with different men, adding to her hardships.
She said: “When I left, I was coming to Kibera. I had only heard of the place but had never been there. I was coming to look for work and escape the mistreatment back home. It was never as easy here as I anticipated, but I was determined to do my best to make a living rather than go back home,”
“I did not want to be close to the men in my circle, but it was almost inevitable because of circumstances. I do not know all my kids’ fathers, but they do not belong to the same man.
“I now have three girls and two boys, each having a different father. I thought I was being helped by the last two men I met, but they all lied to me; now I have a bigger burden to fend for all my five kids.”
