An elderly woman is in a celebratory mood after welcoming quadruplets following 18 years of waiting. 

A video shared online captures the joyous moment as family members and well-wishers gathered at the hospital to celebrate with her. 

They were seen tossing powder in the air, marking the arrival of the four babies—two boys and two girls.
