In an anonymous post on social media, a man shared his struggles of being a single father. 

He recounted how he filed for divorce from his wife, leading to a custody battle in which he was awarded custody of their children.

However, this victory soon turned into a challenge as he faced significant financial difficulties.

The man, who earns N400,000 per month, revealed that his ex-wife owns a successful filling station, earning substantially more than him. His became financially unstable and his girlfriend’s constantly complains about his children and financial issues, and his inability to afford a nanny.

He expressed his frustration and jealousy over seeing his ex-wife enjoying outings with her friends, while he remains at home due to her allegations of domestic abuse during their marriage, which have tarnished his reputation.

He admitted regretting fighting for custody, as it has taken a toll on him financially and emotionally.
