Man dies 6days to his wedding

A National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member, Esla Adams, tragically died in a car accident just six days before his wedding. 

The accident occurred on the Akwanga-Lafia road in Nasarawa State on the early morning of Monday, May 20th, 2024.

Esla, a resident of Akwanga, had graduated from the University of Jos and owned a welding workshop on Keffi Road in Akwanga.

Esla will be laid to rest on Friday, May 24th, with the funeral service taking place at ERCC “Bethel Land” in Akwanga’s Angwan Kpandom. 

A candlelight vigil will be held on May 23rd, with a parade from Lafia Road to the White House in the Angwan Attah neighborhood of Akwanga.
