Lady shows her before and after photos transformation of her fingers after swelling

A Lady has shared her experience on TikTok, displaying the before and after of her finger before it was amputated.

Her ordeal began when she woke up one day and found her fingers stiff. Rushing to the hospital the next day, she was initially diagnosed with a minor fracture from January to March 2023.

In March 2023, she noticed a bump on the side of her middle finger, prompting further investigation with an X-ray that revealed bone deterioration. She was then referred to a hand specialist.

In April 2023, she underwent a biopsy, where half of the tumor was removed for testing. However, the tumor type couldn’t be identified.

By May 2023, her finger became swollen, leading to a full tumor surgery and bone graft. Despite the surgery, the swelling persisted, and she faced a tough decision between undergoing chemotherapy to shrink the tumor or opting for amputation.

Refusing amputation initially, she eventually underwent the procedure in December 2023 when the tumor had progressed too far for other options.
