Mia and Lia, conjoined twins, reached out on social media seeking advice regarding their differing sexualities.
Inspired by the marriage of popular conjoined sisters Abby and Brittany Hensel to Josh Bowling in 2021, Mia and Lia decided to share their own story.

They expressed challenges with their respective sexual orientations, which has made them uncomfortable.
They wrote: “Okay so background information! Our names are Mia and Lia (not our real names but similiar). We are 19 years old. We are connected at the abdomen, so 2 different brains, 2 hearts, 4(ish) lungs (our left and right lungs respectively are kinda fused so it’s more like a 3rd lung than a 4th), 2 livers, 2 stomachs, and then below that we share our intestines, bladder, and our reproductive system. So yes, the same vagina! We each have one arm and leg we can control respectively.
Unfortunately the way we are formed, Lia’s lungs have been compressed by my body and on top of that she has severe scoliosis in her spine. We have had to have many surgeries on it before and we’ve had a surgery accident where when 2 of our ribs were being removed to relieve some pressure on Lia’s lungs, a blood clot formed in Lia’s arm, and now she has permanent severe chronic pain in that arm. Because of that I’m generally the one texting and writing and doing stuff with our arms. We do drive, but I’m the only one use drives. I drive one handed obviously haha. So yeah, me, Mia, is the one writing this. But Lia will respond if you ask her specific questions directed to her. She says that is fine.
We are in university doing different courses. I’m (Mia) studying human geography and Lia is studying classic literature. We work as cleaners in a hotel as a side hustle, earning two wages as two separate people, and Lia also earns some money for us with her online shop selling cute lil crafts.
So anyway, back to why you probably clicked on this post. Yes, I am a lesbian and Lia is straight. I’ve had a girlfriend although we split it off when I went to university, and she has had a long distance boyfriend when we were teens.
With Abby Hensel getting married and the huge discourse about that, and transgender icon George Schappell dying with his conjoined twin Lori Schappell just there in early April, a personal inspiration for me as an LGBT conjoined twin, it’s a time where questions about conjoined twins have really spiked so here we are. A lot of gross people thought that as soon as Abby Hensel got married, just because she was a conjoined twin that was okay to talk about her private parts and what she does with it. It’s quite frankly none of anyone’s business and they owe nobody that information. We feel for them because people ask us gross questions too – without our consent – but here we’ve consented to any and all questions so feel free to share! Instead of asking random people about what they do with their bits, ask people that have CONSENTED to your questions! Whether that be conjoined twins or not.

Ghanaian Woman Collapses After Finding out her Husband Secretly Married Another Wife
A Ghanaian woman has reportedly been hospitalized after collapsing upon discovering that her husband had allegedly married another woman without her knowledge.
The incident was shared on Facebook by a man identified as Fati Aboni, who said the woman is currently receiving treatment at a hospital. According to him, the incident occurred on Friday, June 26.
He wrote: “First wife is at the hospital on admission and second wife is home enjoying her new marriage.
