World tallest woman, Feliciana dos Santos is dead
The world’s tallest woman, Feliciana dos Santos, has passed away at age 77.
Known as the “Queen of Height” during the 1960s, she stood at an astonishing 7 feet 3.08 inches tall during her twenties.

Her death occurred at a private hospital in Aracaju, where she had been diagnosed with pneumonia. Feliciana had been battling health issues for several years before her passing.
In May 2022, she was honored with a statue by the Museu de Gente Sergipana, commemorating her legacy. The statue stands proudly at the entrance to the site, paying tribute to her remarkable stature and impact.
Mourning her, The mayor of aracaju, Edvaldo Nogueeira wrote: “‘It was with sadness that I received the news of the death of Maria Feliciana from Sergipe. One of the tallest women in the world [..] I remember the first time I saw Maria Feliciana, I was still a child
