Popular gospel musician, Dr. Roy, shared his disappointment with Mercy Chinwo in an interview with Nedu Smith.

He recounted how he had worked with Mercy and had actively promoted her songs. However, when he reached out to her for help because his father was struggling with a stroke, she simply reassured him  that “He will be fine” without offering any tangible assistance or indicating how she could help him.
