A Grandmother has caused a stir on social media after she was spotted holding her grandchild hands with a rope while they both take a stroll.
In the video, the grandmother tied her grand-daughter hands with a rope and held it with her hands as they both walked down to the streets to get somethings.
Even that, The little girl kept starring backwards despite the Protection.
