A Video has gone viral online as it showed the moment a mentally challenged man was found with bundles of naira.
In the video shared by a Nigerian Soldier Identified as John Obinna, he told the man he didn’t want to take his money but he should lay it on the floor.
The man who appeared to be mentally challenged bought out the bundles of naira and Nylon which contained other Gibberish things, a coin, a necklace and also a spoilt phone.
Although a soildier in the background was heard saying he spotted the man with a cutlass while he was searching dustbins around the areas.
