Woman who weighs more than 80pounds shows transformation photos
A Primary school teacher who used to weigh over 28 pounds drastically reduce in body.
The 48yr old mum of one, Kelly Barker struggled with her plus-sized body since she was a kid. Her weightloss journey all started after her GP advised her to undergo surgery to remove her body fat 5 years ago.
Despite that, she did not heed to the advise due to the fear of not making it alive. She began focusing on her life, Relationship and food with exercise. During those times, she reduced 18pounds after she began eating healthy foods.
She said:
“I struggled with my weight my whole life. As a child, I was placed on a special diet and had to be weighed at school. While the other children were eating fish and chips, I would have to eat a separate meal on my own – usually something bland like boiled fish and potatoes. It made me believe that weight loss was miserable, embarrassing and shameful, and it didn’t work – I gained weight every year into my adulthood.”

Being a teacher, Kelly made it known she feels hypocrite teaching children about eating healthy foods while she was so fat then.
“I just felt like a fraud.” she said
“My big wake-up call came when my GP recommended weight loss surgery. I researched the procedure and knew that my weight made me a huge anaesthetic risk. I couldn’t shake the feeling that I would die on the operating table.” she continued
Her determination joing the Slimming world woman of the year, she was able to join with the help of her cousin Fiona who was also a Slimming world consultant after being encouraged to enroll.
She said: “Fiona had tried to encourage me to join her group for a long time, I had to be ready myself though. Deep down I’d been worried that it would be yet another failed weight loss attempt and that I’d be made to feel the way I’d felt my whole life when it came to food
“How wrong wrong was I? From the moment I joined the group, I was surrounded by warmth, kindness and compassion.”
“Although that number was frightening, it also felt like the start of something. Fiona told me that she would never give up on me and she has remained true to that promise. She and my group have been there every step of the way.”

A 70yr old woman in Uganda wows so many people after giving birth to Twins.
In a facebook post, Woman hospital International and fertility centre said the woman, Safina Namukaya delivered twins on November 25th at around 12:04pm.
“Sets African Record! Celebrating our 20th anniversary, we’ve achieved the extraordinary—delivering twins to Africa’s oldest mother aged 70!” the hospital captioned

The baby girl, Isabel rocha made headlines in February 13th, 2020 after she frowned at obstetrician who was trying to get her cry when she was out of the womb.
In a recent interview with Brazilian magazine Crescer, her mother, Daiane Barbosa noted that she never thought the photos of her daughter was going to be viral.
She said: “It was certainly something that never crossed our minds as first-time parents, but it was a moment that happened naturally

In a chat with Tuko, Ngugi revealed she got married at age 26 due to family pressure but 2 years later, it ended due to traumas and poor partner choice.
Practicing celibacy, she said it was crucial for her but she is focused on healing her past traumas, embracing healthyidness, independent relationship and turning her dreams into reality.
