Legendary Disney actor Dick Van Dyke is celebrating his 99th birthday today.

Van Dyke, widely known for his iconic role in The Dick Van Dyke Show (1961-1966), shared humor and gratitude as he marked this incredible milestone.

Reflecting on a recent incident, Van Dyke recounted being rescued from a fire in Malibu, saying:
“I tried to light 99 candles and set Malibu on fire. I suddenly ran out of gas. I couldn’t stand up. Two guys picked me up and put me in the car.”

He also revealed that his wife was present during the fire, which caused damage to nearby homes. Investigators are still determining the cause of the blaze.

Celebrating his new age, he said: ‘”Tomorrow, I’ll start my first day of my 100th year. Can you believe that? I don’t. I can’t get my mind around 99 because I don’t feel it. I mean, I don’t feel great, but I don’t feel 99.”

Reality star Tacha has revealed her deep admiration for Nicki Minaj, referring to the rapper as her “mother” and ultimate role model.

Expressing her obsession with Nicki, Tacha recounted how people used to call her “Nicki Minaj” back in school, highlighting the strong influence the rapper has had on her life.

She said: “I’m obsessed with Nicki Minaj. She’s everything and more. She’s someone I look up to. Nicki is my mother! Anybody hating on her loves her deep down; they are just pretending,”

“I’m Nicki’s biggest fan. Nicki is my mother. People used to call me Nicki Minaj back then in school,”

Popular TV presenter Fearne Cotton and her husband, Jesse Wood, have announced their split after 10 years of marriage.  

The news comes just two days after Fearne underwent surgery to remove two tumors. She shared the announcement on her Instagram page, writing:  “It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Jesse and I are ending our marriage. Our priority has been, and will always be, our children. We please ask that you respect the privacy of our family at this time.”

Fearne and Jesse share two children together, a son, Rex, and a daughter, Honey. Jesse also has two children from previous relationships.

Popular YouTuber and influencer Gordo Peruci, whose real name is Leovardo Asipuro Soto, and his wife, Brenda Felix, were tragically shot dead in an attack outside their home.  

Reports state that on December 9th, around 10 PM, a group of armed men approached the couple outside their residence in Culiacán, north-western Mexico, and opened fire.  

Gordo was struck multiple times and died instantly at the scene. Brenda was rushed to the hospital but later died due to her injuries.  

The tragic incident leaves their four children without parents. Gordo, known for his comedic content, had recently shared on Instagram that he had left Culiacán to hide out in Cuba after his businesses were allegedly targeted by a criminal gang.  

Despite police being called to the scene, no arrests have been made yet.

Popular TikToker Peller has officially proposed to his fellow TikToker, Jarvis, and she said yes!  

Peller shared the exciting news on his Instagram, posting a video of the heartwarming moment. In the clip, he cleverly distracted Jarvis to look away before getting down on one knee and presenting the ring.  

Overwhelmed with joy and surprise, Jarvis couldn’t contain her happiness as she accepted the proposal with an enthusiastic “YES!”

Influencer Marina Smith recently opened up about being excluded from her friends’ Christmas celebration.

She revealed that her friends decided not to invite her because they believed she might tempt their husbands and boyfriends.

she said: “I’ve been banned from Christmas dinner because the women think I’ll steal their men.

“They’re worried I might tempt their husbands and boyfriends.

“The boyfriend of one of my friends told me that a WhatsApp group had been created and I wasn’t in it.

“He said that in the group chat, my friends were discussing their concerns about my presence at the dinner. Even considering the possibility of not inviting me due to the fear that my beauty and single status would attract unwanted attention from their husbands and boyfriends.

She also opened up about her breakup with her ex-boyfriend, which ended on a sour note. Marina revealed that after their split, her ex went as far as charging her for a café bill they had shared during their relationship.

She added saying: ” I’m very selective about the men I get involved with.’I’m not in a rush, and I’m not a needy woman.

“But that doesn’t stop Marina from feeling let down by her friends.

“Being single already limits my outings and trips with friends, because they go out with their partners now.’But now me being single and beautiful is an insecurity for them!

This news comes shortly after her breakup with her former boyfriend, Soma.

A 50-year-old woman named Francine, from Congo, has set a world record by giving birth to 55 children.

In an interview with Afrimax, Francine revealed her unique story, sharing that her extraordinary fertility is due to a rare genetic condition called hyper-ovulation, which causes her to release multiple eggs during each menstrual cycle. This significantly increases the likelihood of having twins, triplets, or more.

Francine explained that she began having children at the age of 16 after becoming pregnant with her first child, Kambale. 

Later, at 19, she met her husband, with whom she had 52 more children. Sadly, her husband passed away two months ago.

How they sleep Francine stated: ” We decided to put mattresses on the floor the older children those who are big boys and girls and can’t share a room with the litle ones sleep on the sofas in the sitting room that is why we managed to buy long sofa at-least for them to use as bed at night 

How many food she cooks everyday to satisfy her 53 children, she added: “As you can see you cant even tell who is who even my grand children come to spend their day here and they have to feed them too everyday i use more than 25kg of cornmeal and 7 kilograms of beans to make sure all my children and grandchildren are well fed

Narrating on how she started having child bearing, she said: “When i was 16 I met a man he told me he loved me and i got pregnant with my first borm kambale but he left me maybe he wasn’t ready at 19 i met my husband the love of my life together we had 52 children Unfortunately, my husband passed away two months ago…He was the most incredible and strongest man i have ever known.

How did she give birth to these children, she said: ” If i stopped giving birth i could die I was born with a genetic condition named Hyper-ovulation which releases more than one egg in a cycle this significantly increases the chance of having twins triplets quadruplets or even quintruplets.

“At my 12th child i went to see a doctor he told me i have to keep giving birth to reduce my fertility otherwise tumors could form in my ovaries and kill me in a short time so my husband and i kept having children to save my life.

“I gave birth to all 53 children in just 17 pregnancies here is how, I had quintruplets twice quadruplets three times triplets 4 times twins 5 times and single birth 3 times that is 53 children from 17 pregnancies and thanks to God all my children are all alive “

Her firstborn son, Kambale, expressed his concerns: “It is a shame my job isnt sustainable I wish i could help my mother more this is too much 

“I have 52 siblings i can’t even remember all their names or faces sometimes i meet a little one on the streets and i dont even realize they are my siblings until they call me and introduce themselves we are too many.”

Her 6th children said: “I am the 6th born of 53 children and most of our siblings are married now and my mother has more than 10 grandchildren

A Nigerian man has captured the hearts of many after sharing a heartfelt moment from his graduation day, where he honored his late parents.

In a touching video shared on TikTok, he is seen wearing his graduation gown as he visits the burial site of his mother and father. With deep emotion, he pays tribute to them by placing a ribbon at their gravesite.

The video’s caption reads: “To Mum & Dad, I graduated.”

A transgender content creator recently opened up about losing 50,000 followers after coming out and embracing her true identity.In an interview with Shake My Beauty, she shared how she struggled with depression and unhappiness about her body while growing up.

She also shared that she began her transition at the age of 16, inspired by a transgender YouTuber whose story resonated with her.

She said: “So trans girls are born with the wrong body when we look at ourselves we dont see the reflection that we are supposed to see I was depressed growing up and i never felt really ahppy and i would always question what was wrong with me I was constantly looking for clues on what to do.

“So one day i went on youtube and i was scrolling through and i found a girl that was transgender and i was so fascinated by it something talked to me so i watched the whole video and after that video i knew i wanted to start hormones i wanted to get the surgery i want the transition fully it was like a light flicked in my head i saw how just a video can change someone life so that is when i decided to start helping others and that is what i’m doing now.

“I started hormones replacement therapy at 16yrs old and i still remember the day i took my first blocker I was so happy and it was a start of great life.

How she lost 50k followers coming out as a trans, she said: “When i came out as trans to my followers, I was excited and i thought i would get a very positive response but i got the opposite and I was really shocked a lot of people were saying that i would never be a girl that i fooled them for following me and not telling them which is kind of crazy, i started getting alot of hate and that is when i realize i would not get positive reaction It was very depressing and i saw that my numbers were going down pretty fast, I lost 50,000 followers i deleted all social media on my phone and I took about 5-6months of a break and then after those months i was like let me gain that following that i lost with good people and build a following with people that i’m proud to call mu supporters.”

“All the hate i got and the followers i lost didn’t really do anything to my goal educate people i know hoe it saved my life and it could save more people life.

“You can see that being trans is bring normal and it is not a preference

How her family reacted to her gender she added: “When i told my family I was trans I did it individually and so i told my sister first she was in full support and understand and my mom was supportive as well when i explained to my parents on why i would have to do two transitions, my mom biggest concerns was always health wise if HRT Would affect my health and the surgeries Anesthesia and everything i was so scared of my dad reaction because my dad back then was very close minded.

Her father on his part said: “There wasn’t a moment really that we thought she be gay or transgender or anything like that but as a toddler she really enjoyed playing with more feminine toys but to us it was no big deal so we never knew that time that she could be transgender or anything.”
