Adams Oshiomhole’s suspension as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been upheld via the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
In a judgment delivered on Tuesday evening, a three-guy panel of the court disregarded Oshiomhole’s attraction in opposition to an earlier judgment of a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), a document with the aid of TheNation confirmed.
The appellate court held that Oshiomhole’s appeal was with out merit.
